The InkHub Constitution, including its original structure, written provisions, constitutional articles, supporting materials and official publications, is the intellectual property of InkHub and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Public availability does not itself authorise reproduction, republication, commercialisation or the creation of derivative marketplace-governance systems, and is not a waiver of InkHub's intellectual-property rights. Nothing here limits rights available to you under applicable law.
