Global readiness is not a global launch (Article 37)

InkHub is built as global architecture from the start: one platform, one set of standards, one record of every market it has studied. Being architecturally ready for a country is not the same as operating there.

• • A market is recorded, studied and prepared before it is ever activated.
• • Live marketplace and booking functionality is activated market by market only.
• • Activation follows explicit founder approval and an operational readiness review.
• • Readiness is never interpreted as automatic availability in a market.
• • A market that is not operating cannot accept live bookings.

One standard everywhere (Article 37.7)

Localization changes language, currency display and time zones. It never changes what InkHub requires of anyone. Customer rights, artist obligations, certification and marketplace integrity standards are identical in every market.

• • No market receives a weaker standard, a lighter review or a private exception.
• • Region and expansion records are planning information, not marketplace status.
• • Promoting a market to operating requires a named person, a written reason and a date.

Worldwide participation for artists (Article 38)

An artist has one global profile and one professional record, wherever they work. Where they can accept live bookings depends on which markets are operating, not on which country they happen to be in.

• • One profile, one history, one standard — the record does not fragment by country.
• • Artists choose their language, communication method and displayed currency.
• • Booking availability in a market follows that market's activation, not the artist's origin.
• • Travelling and guest work are temporary locations, never a change of home base.

Guest participation never creates studio control (Article 38)

An artist may work temporarily from a host studio. Hosting is a location arrangement and nothing more.

• • A host studio never gains control of an independent artist's profile, pricing or bookings.
• • Hosting creates no roster, ownership claim or public affiliation of an independent artist.
• • No studio, partner or administrator can present an independent artist as theirs.
• • The artist decides whether to participate, every time, and may end it.

Financial transparency (Article 39)

Fees are published before they apply, in plain language, with what each one is for and who pays it. Nothing is deducted that was not disclosed first.

• • The fee schedule states the purpose, basis and payer of every fee.
• • Deposit disclosures show the platform portion, the artist portion and the remaining balance.
• • The remaining balance is settled between customer and artist outside InkHub.
• • There is no second ledger: every financial record lives in one place (Article 39.9).

What is actually active today (Article 39)

Payment, settlement and payout functionality on InkHub today is simulated test infrastructure. It records and discloses amounts; it does not move money. A live payment processor is a separate, deferred decision and has not been activated.

• • No live card processing, bank transfer, payout rail or currency conversion is active.
• • Amounts shown are records and disclosures, not completed financial transactions.
• • Currency is a display preference; no exchange-rate conversion is performed.
• • Any future financial capability requires its own approval before it is switched on.

Global data never affects how artists are found

Region, market, expansion, partnership, sponsorship, commercial and financial records are structurally separate from artist discovery.

• • None of this data feeds organic artist search results or ranking.
• • None of it feeds certification, dispute handling or enforcement outcomes.
• • Search neutrality is an architectural separation, not a policy promise.

Deferred by decision, not by omission

Several capabilities Chapter X anticipates are deliberately not built yet. They are listed here so no one has to guess what exists.

• • Live payment processing and payout rails — deferred.
• • Multi-currency conversion and foreign exchange — deferred.
• • Automated translation at runtime — deferred.
• • Additional country launches — none pending activation.
• • Transactional email delivery and a permanent brand domain — deferred.
